TRAVEL PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
TOUR COSTS 1. The tour cost is based on 15 travelers. If the total number of travelers is less than 10, there will an additional US$200 surcharge per person. 2. The tour cost includes roundtrip airfare US-Vietnam; airport transfer; ground transportation; accommodation (based on twin sharing); meals (where indicated B-breakfast; L-lunch; D-dinner); 2 domestic flights; 30-day Vietnam tourist visa; limited liability travel insurance; escort from the US; English speaking tour guide; and sightseeing fees. 3. Tour cost DOES NOT include any personal charges as such excess baggage charge, phone bills, postage, laundry, drinks, insurance premiums, charges arising from deviation, international airport departure tax, tips for tour guides, drivers, porterage.
RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Deposit: A deposit of US$500 per person is required and acceptable by personal check or money order. 2. Final payment: Reservation will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited if final payment is not received 45 days before departure. 3. Cancellation: Cancellation written notice must be received by Vietnam Tour either by mail or fax. When you cancel your trip: Up to 45 days prior to departure: US$100 per person will assessed. 44-15 days prior to departure: US$200 per person will be assessed. 14 days prior to departure: US$1000 per person will be assessed
US$1000 will be the fine for no show on the departure date. When a traveler cannot complete the tour for any reason, the balance (the total cost of the tour minus the already used portion minus the $1000 penalty charge) will be refunded to the customer.
STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Participant

in developing nations is not similar to travel within the United States.
Tours of Vietnam, like any other forms of travel, can involve
inconvenience and risk, including forces of nature, geographic and
climatic conditions, hygienic standards, infrastructure problems
(including road maintenance, transportation delays, and accommodation
conditions), and civil unrest or terrorism. Medical services or
facilities may not be readily available during all or part of a tour
and, if available, may not be equal to standards in the United States. Participants
are solely responsible for being in sufficient health to undertake the
tour and for taking all appropriate medical precautions. We strongly
recommend that participants obtain medical/trip cancellation insurance.
Preparation for the tour should include studying of the itinerary and
pre-departure information that are provided by the Organizer. In any
event, PARTICIPANTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN WELFARE AND
ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF DELAY, UNANTICIPATED EVENTS, ILLNESS,
INJURY, EMOTIONAL TRAUMA, OR DEATH. Supplier
Responsibility Travel
services are provided by various suppliers who are independent
contractors, and are not agents or employees, of the Organizer. By
utilizing the services of these suppliers, the PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT
NEITHER THE ORGANIZER NOR ITS REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY
HARM TO PARTICIPANT ARISING FROM OCCURRENCES OR CONDITIONS BEYOND OUR
CONTROL, INCLUDING ANY PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL
HARM. Reservation
of Rights The
Organizer reserves the right to reprice, cancel, or withdraw any tour,
trip, excursion, or expedition for any reason, to alter or omit any part
of the itinerary, and to substitute tour leaders and accommodations. The
Organizer will not assume responsibility for Participant expenses
incurred in preparing for the trip (e.g., non-refundable advance
purchase of air tickets, equipment, communication costs), obtaining
medical services, making changes in the tour, or other matters of a
personal nature. The
Organizer reserves the right to decline, accept, or to retain any person
as a member of any tour. The Organizer reserves the right to take
photographic film or film records of any part of the tour to use such
records for promotional and/or commercial purposes. Release
and Discharge Participant understands and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated in this Agreement and releases and discharges the Organizer and its Representatives from and against any liability arising from participation in the tour.
